No customers inside. We waited 8 minutes to have someone take our order. We were acknowledged by the girl manning the drive- up but then ignored. Obvious they were short staffed but no excuse....

Just keep driving! This applies to any of the fast food restaurants in Emporia. Worst service in the state. You will easily wait at least 30 minutes or more to get your food.
