Most of the area is private residences, but if you work your way up onto the hill, you can find this park. The parking area was not huge, but it's unlikely to be crowded outside of perhaps a few...

Short drive from the Grandin Road, Garst Mill Road junction. Winding up steep and curvy Sugar Loaf Mountain Road you can get a great view of the valley below , especially on the drive back...
