Almost everyone has experienced an occasional sleepless night, or has had trouble falling asleep from time to time. But for many people, getting a full night of sound, restful sleep is a real challenge that may even place them at risk for serious health problems. Fortunately, most sleep disorders are highly treatable. The Sentara Sleep Center provides evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of disorders that occur during sleep, as well as disorders that affect alertness, in a comfortable, state-of-the-art facility centrally located in Harrisonburg.
