Greenbrier Middle School

Established in 1999, Greenbrier Middle School offers education to students in grades six through eight. It provides a range of educational and after school programs. It provides programs in math, science, English and social science. The school offers a variety of electives, such as French, Spanish, exploratory, foreign language, art, family and consumer science, technology, health and physical education. It offers a variety of sports activities, such as football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, golf, softball, cross country and cheerleading. Its guidance program provides individual and group counseling facilitating conferences for students, teachers and parents. Its music department provides classes in band, chorus and orchestra. The school offers a variety of clubs and organizations, such as builders', chess, drama, forensics, first priority bible, greenbrier morning show, Lego league, math counts and student council association. It is a part of Chesapeake Public School System, and is located in Chesapeake, Va.
