DO NOT MOVE HERE... it should be called "the ghetto at short pump". The office staff is rude, snappy, impatient, verbally abusive, lacks empathy and flat out does not care. I TRULY HATE IT...

I have lived here for over a year. It's a very quite and safe area. I have no issues. Maintenance is great about coming to take care of issues when needed. The office staff is always friendly.
