so far the staff has been very helpful and nice. definitely needs updating. in this day and age you expect to have usb plugs , most hotels that are not "resorts " provide shampoo,lotion, body...

This is a horrible place to travel. I tried communicating with the manager and lady at the service desk about a concern. Very poor customer service
