History

I began practicing yoga about 15 years ago in California. I decided to take yoga teacher training in 2017 through Hot Asana Yoga University and have continued my learning with Asheville Yoga Center.

Specialties

Yoga classes that include vinyasa flow, basically yoga, heated flow, yin yoga and meditation classes. Reiki available by appointment. As well as private yoga and guide meditation classes.
