Kecia Dilday joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in November 2014, following a 12-year career in the United States Navy, where she attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Kecia understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. Kecia has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and French from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. She holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia and North Carolina. Kecia is committed to coaching clients to pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family she serves. In her free time, Kecia enjoys bike riding, spending time with family, and traveling. Zackary Nelson joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2020, following an 8-year career in the United States Navy, where he attained the rank of Petty Officer 2nd Class. Zackary understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. A graduate of University of Charleston with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Zackary holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia, North Carolina, and Washington. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Zackary serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Zackary will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals. Active in his community, Zackary is a member of Coastal Community Church where he serves as a Team Lead for the "First Impressions" ministry and also volunteers with military transition assistance programs such as Onward 2 Opportunity and The Honor Foundation.
