Eric Green joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in July 2017, following a 18-year career in the United States Marines as an Infantry Officer, where he attained the rank of Major. Eric understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. A graduate of Nova University in Florida with a Master's degree in Business, Eric holds Series Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia. Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Eric serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. His thorough knowledge of military pay and benefits enables him to advise clients on how to navigate the Blended Retirement System, properly allocate their contributions to the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) and take full advantage of other benefits. Eric will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals. Active in his community, Eric is a member of St Luke's Lutheran Church. First Command Financial Services was founded in 1958 by a retired Air Force officer for the specific purpose of improving the financial well-being of military professionals and their families. Jessica Ziegelbauer joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in May 2006. Previously, she served as an instructor at the University of Illinois and the Staatliche Hochschule in Stuttgart, Germany. A graduate of Indiana State University with two Bachelor's degrees and the University of Illinois with a Master's degree, Jessica was a Fulbright Scholar and earned a degree from the Staatliche Hochschule in Stuttgart, Germany. She holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and annuity insurance licenses. Jessica advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Through a values-centered approach to financial planning and a client-first philosophy, she is committed to helping her clients plan confidently for the future and to accompanying them on their financial journey.
