Bob Smith joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in February 1994, having previously served seven years in the United States Air Force, where he achieved the rank of Captain and was an accounting and finance officer. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, Troy State University with a Master of Public Administration degree and Liberty Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in Theology, Bob is a Certified Financial Planner certificant and a member of the Financial Planning Association. He holds Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses and state life, health and property & casualty insurance licenses. Bob is committed to helping his clients pursue their financial goals and lifetime dreams by bringing sound financial knowledge and trustworthy advice to a lasting relationship with each individual and family he serves. An active member of his community, Bob serves as the executive pastor of his local church. He is married and has three daughters and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and riding his motorcycle.

Ralph Boeckmann joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in January 2014, following a 30-year career in the United States Army, where he attained the rank of Colonel. He served as an infantry officer, transportation logistician and senior Foreign Area Officer (FAO), with five tours of duty totaling 15 years overseas in a variety of command positions as well as key staff billets with U.S. and allied military HQ and diplomatic postings. Ralph understands the challenges and opportunities associated with life in the military and is committed to helping service members and their families get their financial lives squared away. Ralph has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and German from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University, as well as a Master's degree in International Security Studies from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
