Escada Salon has well trained Stylists who have completed advanced training in cutting and coloring. To ensure you receive the best experience at Escada, we have designed tiered stylist programs so that you may have a chance to choose which stylist meets your needs.
Apprentices: We participate in the apprentice program certified by the State of VA. Escada combines education and practical experience so our apprentices may achieve knowledge to be licensed by the state.
Stylist: Our stylists have 2-5 years of experience and have completed advanced training in cutting and coloring.
Senior Stylist: Senior stylists have 5-10 years' experience and have achieved advanced skills in cutting and coloring from years of seminars, classes and training.
Master Stylist: Master stylists have 10+ years' experience and have completed training in all levels of hair styling and coloring. Master stylists also are mentors the apprentices and stylists.

Ronnie expertly cut, highlighted, and styled my hair for years. I'm usually now out of state but returned briefly after my parents died. Ronnie was on vacation, but Michelle highlighted my hair....

Ronnie is the best!! He has been doing my hair for many years. I've moves out of the area, but I still come back for him to do my highlights. Nobody else has his expertise with color.
