Incredibly helpful. I had back to back rentals and they remembered my first name, were incredibly communicative, and made sure I had what I need right away. 10/10 would recommend.

Incredibly poor communication and customer service. Back and forth between phone calls/ emails the staff is not clear about hours and dropping off.
