Eastern State Hospital, a part of the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services system, provides a range of mental health care services. Founded in 1773, the hospital is a more than 450-bed facility and provides treatment to over 500 patients with nearly 1,000 staff. Its family council discusses issues of concern, explores possible solutions and shares educational information. Its patients' library subscribes to more than 125 periodicals and newspapers, and has a wide collection of large print materials for persons with visual problems. The hospital is approved by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Eastern State Hospital is located in Williamsburg, Va., and covers an area of more than 400 acres.

This job is so unprofessional and management seems to pick with you if you're a down stair staff (DSA) (LPN) (RN) I'd say if you're going to work there don't make it longer than a year you'll get...
