Dr. Shufford and staff provide concerned individualized treatment to all of their patients. Our office provides full range of surgical care Our surgical services are comprehensive. We provide the following treatments: Extraction of teeth and surgical removal of impacted teeth (wisdom teeth), insertion of dental implants, biopsy and treatment of oral and facial pathology, repair of lacerations and fractures of the jaw and face, reconstruction of the jaws and bone grafts and temporomandibular joint surgery. We accept patients on a referral basis from your family dentist and/or physician as well as anyone who is in need of our services. Earl L Shufford DDS, holds a BS degree from Houston-Til lot son College in Austin, Texas. He received His DDS from Howard University. His oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Letterman Army Center In San Francisco, Ca and Tripler Army Medical center in Honolulu, HI. Dr. Shufford is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Middle Atlantic OMFS. He is a member of the Virginia Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, VDA, South-side Regional Dental Society and the Old Dominion Dental Society.
