Cross contamination. They don't change gloves in between duties. The same gloves are used for cooking, cleaning, and handling cash. Please change gloves for each task.

The parking lot is always littered with trash. The workers don't interact with the customers when you ask questions - they seem afraid to talk to you. The mobile orders are hard to identify.

Unfortunately this Dunkin' doesn't honor their free donut for a yelp check in, staff probably didn't know how to do a free donut without a bar code to scan, very disappointed; same old dunkin no...

I either get mediocre coffee or terrible. No consistency and the staff always seems to just be doing the bare minimum. I would rather drive further away to the Dunkin down the street. Far better.
