History
The dumpling & noodle cart started with two friend cooking in a commercial kitchen and wanted to expand out further with a food cart to share their food. The owners of the dumpling cart prepare the food every day at a commercial kitchen then do a commute from Midlothian VA to VCU's main campus, Monroe park in Richmond VA. Owners wanted to be able to provide more diversity of food on campus. Their goal is to provide students with fast service and food that tastes close to home with fellow Asian Americans and have other students on campus to explore more into Asian cuisine.

Soooo good. Food is very good, exceptionally fast considering the giant lines that tend to gather. Expect to wait between 2 mins if no line, up to 10 for a longer line. Average five min wait....
