About ESI Event Staffing Inc ESI is unique because we focus solely on entertainment based events and clients. Event Staffing Inc provides quality "front-of-house" guest service personnel to include; Ushers, Ticket Takers, Door Attendants, Bag Checks, ID checks / wristbands, Perimeter Security, Barricade Security, Overnight Security, Parking attendants, Lawn Chair Sellers, Merchandise Sellers, Computer operators, ABC enforcement assistance and state certified Security guards and professionals. ESI is Virginia based and state certified, ( DCJS #11-3105 ), professional staffing company that has the ability and resources to provide the complete event staffing needs to any size venue from theater to stadium. We accomplish this goal by ensuring that each staff member is briefed with the most up to date show information possible prior to "opening doors." Event Staffing Incorporated is keenly aware of the importance of a positive working relationship with all aspects involved in the production of a successful event, regardless of size. We interact closely with city officials, building management, touring personnel, artists, local police, fire/rescue, sponsors, vendors, and promoters. Event Staging Inc We established Event Staging, in 2007, to meet the increasing demands of our clients for experienced and professional back-stage personnel. We take great pride in meeting our client's needs for stagehands, electricians, riggers, spot light operators, folklift operators, wardrobe staff and flyman and other back-of-house needs. We measure our own success by the satisfaction of our clients and continued trust they place in us to safely unpack, build, take apart and pack away dozens of truckloads or gear valued in the millions. For 20 years our mission has been providing a safe environment in which all of your guests can enjoy a positive fan experience. Event Staffing and Event Staging have multi-year contracts in place with the Cities of Hampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach as well as annual contracts with many other in-state and out-of-state clients. We know that each guest has unique needs and we work hard as a team to anticipate, meet and exceed those needs at every guest interaction.
