Grand Master Seung Dong is a 9th-degree black belt in three Martial Arts styles- Tae Kwon Do, Kum Do, and Pro Tae Kwon Do. He is also the 1st "King of the World" Speed Champion, teaching Martial Arts in the USA since 1971.
Grand Master Dong brings over 50 years of personal experience to his proven system which encourages balance among three essential elements of life: body, mind, and spirit while developing self defense, fitness and confidence.
Grand Master Dong personally instructs all students, from beginners to black belts. He has trained over 5000 black belts and 17 of them have reached the Master level. Grand Master Dong's teachings emphasize the traditional martial arts values of discipline and respect combined with practical real-world training.
Dong's instructors are friendly, accessible and experienced. We stress safety first. Our classes are well structured and organized. We offer separate classes for beginners through advanced. We provide established training materials for all levels. Special classes are also offered for small children.
