Clean but there are better options for bjj. Fairly small classes. Would recommend it possibly if you're older and a casual player (50+). Not a lot of no gi. Definitely not a lot of wrestling.

So friendly and welcoming! I had pretty much zero fitness when I started, and an old back injury I had to watch out for. I could climb a couple flights of stairs or hike 3-4 miles but not much...
