Called looking for an item. Rep didn't even take 5 seconds to look in the system. Big box store with no real knowledge in sports. No wonder Amazon does better..

Dropped in here for a quick trip when on vacation. Local staff was helpful and friendly. Fishing department is pretty solid. They had some good suggestions for local fishing.

I found the staff not helpful and difficult to find. It would be nice if the CEO would make improvements in service instead of political grandstanding endeavors.
