Derick, an ETSU alumnus with more than 4 years of experience in mental health care and more than 10 years in the nursing field overall, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. He sees patients of all ages and founded Team Mentation PLLC. He has expertise working with older adult patients in assisted living and long-term care institutions in addition to inpatient psychiatric settings, even though his present practice concentrates on outpatient mental health therapy. He and his family are Tennessee residents. Derick enjoys spending time with his family, playing Airsoft, and wrecking RC cars while he isn't working at Team Mentation PLLC.
