Cyrus S. Kump, II, MD

Dr. William Nordt is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee, shoulder and sports medicine injuries. He is passionate about caring for his patients and getting them back to the activities they enjoy. He strives to treat patients without surgery whenever possible.

Dr. Shane McGowan specializes in spine surgery. His original interest came from watching how much his father’s quality of life improved after orthopedic and spine surgeries. Dr. McGowan likes spine surgery because it is an amazing field that has direct impact on peoples’ lives: it keeps people walking, improves their pain, and helps people live complete and full lives. He enjoys boating, fishing, hiking, camping, and woodworking with his family. He also enjoys sports. He played college baseball and spent 13 years playing football and basketball.

Dr. Ryan Robertson specializes in joint replacement and general orthopedics. He performs muscle sparing subvastus robotic assisted knee replacements and anterior approach total hips. He was born and raised in Richmond and is excited to be able to practice in his hometown. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, and playing golf.
