Please fix your phone system, I was unable to speak to an actual pharmacist this morning. I have a scrip "on hold" according to the cvs app, since 9/1, and to "contact the pharmacy for more info....

Worse pharmacy and worse pharmacists ever. So heartless every time I talk to the say ''I DONT KNOW'' repeatedly. Female and male pharmacist s all they day is I DONT KNOW. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
