Make sure that you take out insurance that covers rodent damage. Otherwise, you'll have to pay to replace your damaged items. Thousands of dollars worth of damages and they refunded $600.00.

Such a rip-off. They suck you in with one rate, then jack it up immediately. In the four months I've been renting, the rate has gone up twice. GO ELSEWHERE. I'll certainly be looking to move my stuff.

Stay away! Rat infested storage units! if you want to pay someone to ruin your belongings then by all means, pick this storage facility. Over 6k in damages and they offered a 3 month storage unit...
