We attempt to ensure our members are challenged by themselves, their teammates, and our program, with an uncompromising eye towards safety. We always seek ways to improve ourselves and our program.

We have a great supportive team-environment that will allow you to improve yourself everyday! Our CrossFit classes combine multiple elements and proven training methodologies to maximize your fitness potential. CrossFit Manassas at Vanguard Gym offers an organized approach to getting you in shape. Workouts are a team function with a coach there for every class to help you with the movements, make sure you are doing everything safely, and to provide motivation. We pride ourselves in offering a world-class facility, coaching, and programming, with an unprecedented schedule and awesome team-training environment. Everyone who trains here gets coaching and support in driving toward their goals. They do it in a safe, mutually supportive environment.
