Crittenden Adjustment Company specializes in handling and supervision of workers' compensation, subrogation losses, personal auto liability, homeowners, business owner s liability, environmental losses, fire losses, and medical malpractice claims. Founded by Archer B. Crittenden in 1971, the company opened its first branch office in Petersburg, Va., in 1980. The company opened a medical malpractice department and an aviation investigative unit in the 1980s. It also opened branch offices throughout Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. Crittenden Adjustment Company has been a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters since 1979. It provides 24-hours emergency service to its customers.
