After 3 years of their off and on service, no response to lsck of internet service or reduced service, I finally terminated them. Unfortunately, they were not done with me and have hounded me...

Stopped in to buy a cable and the guys in the store found the cable I needed and gave it to me when they found out I am a cox customer. Great experience
