We have 2 campgrounds on 36 acres adjacent to the South Fork Shenandoah River and George Washington National Forest. We also have Captain's Lodge on a Separate 15 acres plot of land that has 800' of private property. Captain's Lodge is a 7 bedroom, 3 living room plus game room and Jacuzzi room and laundry room. 3 rest rooms. Great place for a wedding down in the 7 acre field by the river. Central Air, wifi, landline phone, full kitchen and dining room, dish satellite tv, 3 fire places(1 of them is gas)... plus, plus, plus. We also have Misty River retreat on a 3rd property. Misty is a 3 bedroom house that has many of the amenities listed above that are at Captain's Lodge, wifi, dish satellite tv, central air, large hot tub on the porch etc... Misty River Retreat Cottage is 30 meters from the South Fork Shenandoah River. Misty is 50 meters from George Washington National Forrest. Misty is 1/4 mile from the beginning of "Old Habron Gap Trail" which you can google. The trail goes through George Washington National Park up to the top of Massanutten Mountain where you can see from on of the peaks a 360 degree view of both Shenandoah Valley's. All of these properties are within 2 miles of each other. We have had people rent all of it when they had a huge wedding a Kamara farms and needed everything to house their group. We are less than 25 minutes from Thorton Gap Shenandoah National Park entrance!
