Absolutely the worse - dealing with this company and insurance was absolutely a nightmare. I spent more hours on the phone than an actually receiving services. The technicians were not qualified.

My son was taking ABA therapy for over 1 year until the BCBA left the company and since then it didn't matter how many emails and calls we made they did not get back to us, if they would care...
