ESTABLISHED: Consumer Construction was founded in May of 1985 when Mark Mitchell completed his tour of duty with the United States Army. In 1990, Bob Hagen became a partner and chief financial officer allowing Mark to focus on business development and production. Since then Consumer Construction, Inc has grown to a company with annual sales over 5 million dollars and a list of satisfied customers 7, 000 strong. Certainteed roofing, EcoStar slate, Alside siding and windows, Provia doors, Leafproof gutter protection to name a few. These manufacturers' products and systems meet the requirements of value and reliability which we demand of components of our projects. We refuse to install lower quality products which result in premature failure and disappointed customers.TRAINING: A product is only as good as the installation. Our crews are trained and certified to manufacturer credentials which we monitor closely and continually train and recertify as our employees develop. Our membership with the Certified Contractors Network allows Consumer Construction to continually improve our processes and standards so you receive the best contracting experience possible.SATISFIED CUSTOMERS: The majority of our business is from referrals and repeat customers. Each remodeling job is surveyed upon completion to keep us abreast of our performance. This allows us to consistently maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8 out of 5 with 12 questions being answered and given a rating of 1 through 5, with 5 being " greatly exceeded our expectations ".
