Commonwealth Assisted Living, LLC is based in Charlottesville, Virginia and currently manages twelve assisted living facilities with a combined capacity of over 600 residents. Eight of our buildings currently offer specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia units, and plans are in place to expand this service to two additional locations in the next 12 months. Our management team members complement each other, and together we offer a complete package of experience in all the aspects of operating an assisted living facility. Our philosophy of staying in the Commonwealth of Virginia and within a three-hour driving radius of our properties enables us to provide the personal involvement and frequent on-site presence that is crucial when operating this type of business.
