History

I am a mental health parent raising children with mental health and high-functioning autism. My days can get very dark quickly and during one of those times, I was unable to find my family dynamic out there. I had to choose between my children and myself if I wanted support. There wasn't anything I could see that had our dynamic. I created my platforms, Parenting With Mental Illness (- Mom and Children), on YouTube and Instagram. Mind you, I had a blog, lifeasasingleparentwithmentalillness.blog, and I only used it a few times. For some reason, recording and posting seemed more appropriate to what I thought I was doing then. Instagram is meant to motivate and inspire. A year and a half later, I became a Life Coach for Parents. I am incredibly passionate about what I do and why I do it. I used all of my struggles or pains as motivators to open a new way of living. I became certified in June 2022 and have enjoyed my passion, creating a positive legacy while helping others do the same.

Specialties

I am a Life Coach for Parents. I use active listening with guided questioning and my personal experiences to guide parents to show up as themselves. This is where I offer my services to the parent and children when needed. This way, the family has a solid foundation to stand on moving forward, creating a positive and productive environment!
