I had done Pilates twice before (in my adult life) but grew up with a strong background in ballet and other forms of dance. But as an adult, I've struggled to find a way to work out that works...

I love taking Pilates classes, I just passed my 800th class today! The instructors are excellent, I have met a wonderful group of people, and my body feels better!
