cannot refund an item bought as a gift because it is part of body jewelry exclusion. the manager should have informed the shopper before buying the item so that the person dont have to come back...

The staff there is so rude and disrespectful mostly the young ones. They need to watch there tone and welcome people in instead of being rude.
