They don't know how to cut simple bangs. Showed them this picture and they immediately cut too short, when you should not start short at all. Yeah I was not satisfied.

If you have natural hair... avoid this place like the plague. They mix relaxer in with their conditioner. They overcharged me AND fried my hair smh. Avoid at all costs !!!
