Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant is known for its quality Virginia wines, its scenic location along the Blue Ridge Parkway, special events, as well as its top-notch fine-dining restaurant. Wine tastings are offered for $10 per person, and the tasting includes a tour of the winery and a souvenir wine glass. Guests may purchase wine by the bottle or glass and spend time relaxing in the courtyard, in a private gazebo, or from the terrace overlooking the beautiful scenic New River Valley. Live entertainment is offered Saturday and Sunday afternoons late May through early November. Check the website, thedogs.com, for the many special events produced throughout the year.
