Helen Power is a licensed mental health professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate their busy lives through various therapeutic approaches such as Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Mind-Body Work, and CBT. With a background in art education and extensive training in play therapy, Helen offers individual, family, and group therapy services to clients of all ages at her private practice in McLean, Virginia. As an artist herself, Helen brings a unique perspective to her practice, having explored her own creative process through painting and clay. She is a registered play therapist and supervisor with the International Play Therapy Association and holds a Masters Degree in Art Therapy from the George Washington University, as well as a Masters of Social Work from Catholic University.
