This is the best festival Richmond has to offer. Everything is down one street. There's TONS of vendors and as much watermelon as you can eat.

Zero stars. Seriously. Overcrowded and nothing to see. If you like to crawl at a snail's pace and be stuck in crowds for no reason this is the place for you.

While I enjoyed the vendor crafts, I was completely disgusted by the prices of food. 5 regular, NOT LARGE, corn dogs was $75 !!!! It was extortion and turned me off ever coming back. Shame on...
