Carly Morrison-Jones, MD

Dr. Gower was just five years old when she decided to become a pediatrician. She’s a mother of four and has experienced the care provided at CHKD first-hand. Her youngest son had surgery at CHKD at five days old. She says she’s grown to value CHKD more and more over the years, both as a professional resource where she can send her patients, and as a mother when her own children need car

Dr. Kirshenbaum moved to Hampton Roads to attend medical school and residency and enjoyed the area so much she decided to stay. She loved her time training at CHKD and is excited to have made Town Center her permanent home. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with her patients and she believes it is important to involve the family when developing a treatment plan.

Dr. Shewan is a board-certified pediatrician at Town Center Pediatrics, a practice of CHKD Medical Group. Dr. Shewan earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed a residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.
