slow slow slow slooowwwwww!!! my food is almost always fresh though, so i will give them 3 stars. the service needs work.

At our Norfolk, VA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D's Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D's Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D's was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. I've only been here twice, and both times they refuse to give normal portions and package separate containers when asked. Lord forbid somebody had an allergy. I'll pick another location next time....

Horrible service...Went thru drive thru and no one ever took my order...Then went inside and worker takes a order at drive thru...They got my whole order wrong and no one had hair nets, aprons,...

They not professional they slow they get your order wrong and blame it on you when you want your money back it will take three days I'm mad
