Canine Adventure started with a dog. My dog came to me as a seasoned hunter who hadn't had an owner in some time. He needed a home, which I provided. Along with good meals, a couch to sleep on, and as much training as he was willing to stomach, this dog needed to walk fast and far, every day. He thrived in the woods and at the river, so we began doing his walks down there. Three mile walks gave way to 6 and 7 mile walks, sometimes longer on the weekends. We couldn't be stopped, and the look he would give me when we would ride home from a walk was always priceless, a satisfied, drowsy
