Very frustrating. Changed insurance plans (not even changed the company) and they said that my insurance wasn't valid anymore, sent a threatening letter with literally NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON....

We too just had our loan sold to another loan servicer after being told repeatedly that Caliber "takes pride" in servicing loans they originate. Their agents will contact you and feign disbelief...
