History

I have been making toffee from my grandmother's recipe for family and friends for the last ten years to rave reviews. Through a series of events, I met the head of the Del Ray Farmers' Market in mid-June and started selling at the market on June 30.

Specialties

My name is Jennifer Byrd and Byrd's Bites toffee is made from my polish grandmother's recipe. She lived in Chicago and when I would visit her from Boston, she would teach me how to make this yummy, buttery, nutty and chocolate delight. It was a highlight of our Christmas holiday when a tin of her toffee would arrive in the mail. Now, I am making the same magic morsels for you!
