Brutti's Catering

History

Bruttis Catering started business in 1993 as a Coffee Cart on the Portsmouth waterfront in Portside Festival Marketplace. That fall we opened an Espresso Bar & Bakery in a 600 square ft space in Olde Town Portsmouth. We featured Coffees and Pastries and our now famous BagelNUTZ. We added a few breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches and salads and we soon outgrew our space and doubled the size of our Bakery Cafe. We started catering events and Receptions later that year. 4 years later we began renovations on a larger space and opened the NEW Bruttis Bistro & Catering in 2000. Catering and restaurant sales steadily grew and brings us to today with a Catering business that has a service area from eastern Nortth Carolina to the mountains of central Virginia and all major markets in between. Our famous BagelNUTZ will soon be served nationwide.
