It's infested with roaches , but it is an ok school . Teachers are pretty good , and they help students , other times teachers aren't very good , and they don't help students at all.

Brandon Middle School opened as Brandon Junior High School in 1978. The school offers a variety of academic and extracurricular programs, including special education, day treatment, gifted education and English as a Second Language programs. Brandon Middle School has a library that stocks more than 18,000 books, over 50 magazine subscriptions, nearly 2,500 reference books, approximately 600 audiovisual materials, over 700 professional books and more than 25 journal subscriptions. The school provides infrastructure and equipment for various sports programs, such as football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, baseball, softball and field hockey. Brandon Middle School, located in Virginia Beach, Va., also offers health services.

This school is EXTREMELY filthy!! My daughter even said that a RAT fell from the ceiling and they didn't do anything to get rid of it. There are also apparently many fights that go on and I feel...

i wish i can rate this a 0 star but i cant. large human (ish) rats that have names from parents don't let your child go to this school they bite your ankles and like to yell out when you are...

My son just transferred here from Lynnhaven Middle I was kinda scared due to low ratings. But I have to say he's been doing very well here and the teachers have gone above and beyond to help him....
