This is the worse Bojangles in Richmond and should be shut down immediately. They are sheets closed, the food is never hot and the kids the hire don't have any customer service skills.

Horrible service, sat in line going through drive thru for 20 minutes and still never moved. Must be super lazy people working there who want a check but just don't want to work for it. Ended up...

The person who was supposed to be at the register was on his cell phone. I stood there for 3 minutes. He never noticed me. The service always sucks. I walked out. The staff was using racial slurs....
