My first time here, and a comparison to Popeyes is inevitable for me because there's no Popeyes in Australia and that's my new standard. So how does Bojangles compare for me? Hit and miss, really....

The chicken buckets are to spicy. There is no original recipe option for people that can't eat hot and spicy. Why not offer original recipe buckets and if wanted you can include hot sauce.. MY...

Food was made incorrectly, burnt and hard & when I called for a remake (not a refund) they denied me (same day!) the staff was not respectful at all.
