Everything about it has really gone downhill. Hostess appeared bothered to seat us. Waited 30 minutes for the food to arrive. No drink refills were offered. Had to continue asking for items...

Meal took about 40 minutes to arrive causing us to need to rush through our food when we had a deadline to leave. They blamed it on a sticky waffle iron. Rest of my meal wasn't warm due to this....
