Customer service is awful. They don't call you back and/or leave you on hold forever. Dr. English is good but he obviously needs new office staff.

Ordered eyeglasses waited over 3 weeks no eyeglasses they canceled and said mailing refund that don't do me any good now I got to order from somewhere else and hope money comes in mail very poor...
