Bert Bateman

Becky is a Commercial Banking Officer serving a variety of businesses and specializing in C&I, commercial and investment real estate, churches and non-profit organizations. She has more than three decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Christopher Newport University. Becky currently serves as Newport News General Public Representative, Committee on Investments. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and is the past Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Newport News. “I have a strong commitment to my members and will be their biggest advocate!”

Alexis serves the Peninsula and Williamsburg, VA regions by providing stellar customer service, proactive financial solutions and extending a culture that creates a warm sense of belonging. She has 3 decades of banking industry experience and joined TowneBank in 2019. Alexis holds an MBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary and a BBA in Marketing from Howard University. She also has a financial planning certification from Old Dominion University. Alexis was appointed to the Board of Visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University by Governor Ralph Northam in 2019. She is also a board member for the United Way of Virginia Peninsula; Jamestown Yorktown Foundation Inc; Fear to Freedom; Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, and the Hampton Delta Foundation Inc. “I aspire to serve my team and community!”
